Account Creation Guidelines

1. Create a Strong Password

To keep your account safe, your password must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 6 characters long.
  • Include at least one number (0-9).
  • Include at least one special character (@, #, $, etc.).
  • Include at least one alphabet (a-z).
Critical Warning: OTP Security

NEVER share your OTP (One Time Password) with anyone.
Servix employees will never ask for your OTP over phone, email, or WhatsApp. If someone asks for it, they are likely a scammer.

2. We Never Ask for Banking Details

We do not require your bank account number, UPI PIN, or ATM PIN for account creation. Payments should only be made through the secured payment gateway on our official website or app.

How We Use Your Data

The details you provide during registration (Name, Mobile, Address) are strictly used for:

  • Delivery: To ship products to your doorstep.
  • Home Services: To send technicians/staff to your location if you book a service.
  • Communication: To send order updates and invoices.
